Welcome to Compagnie Fruitière
Joining Compagnie Fruitière means cultivating, transporting, ripening and distributing fruits within an international group engaged in responsible agriculture and regional development.

Our history
It all began in 1938 in Marseille, when Fernand Fabre founded his small family fruit trading business. From Marseille, the activity expanded and gradually extended across all segments of the value chain.
Ripening facilities were the first to be developed, followed by the acquisition of plantations, enabling direct quality control at the source. Logistics were then structured through the acquisition of port infrastructure and the construction of ships. Over time, the group built a unique integrated model, allowing it to control the entire value chain: from production to maritime transport, through to ripening and fruit distribution.
This original strategy enabled Compagnie Fruitière to become the leading banana producer in Africa and the leading European distributor of tropical fruits. Today, this family story continues under the leadership of Jérôme Fabre, grandson of the founder.

Why join us?
Commitments:
Compagnie Fruitière implements a comprehensive approach combining environmental protection and social responsibility.
